PRE-STRESSED INSULATED TUBING

Pre-stressed insulated tubing is used in steam injection to enhance recovery and to reduce heat losses to overlying strata.  Valley's insulated tubing is made up of concentric inner and outer oil country tubulars with an integral automatic internal, fitted connection.  Mild steel (or stainless) bushing are welded to inner and outer tubulars allowing individual joint performance.  See our table for parameters.
